Next Ride Out. Sunday 22nd of June

The June Ride Out will be on Sunday the 22nd.

Meeting at MacDonald’s ‘Golden Arches’ Restaurant at Coryton Interchange, at junction 32 of the M4.

Meet for a 9.30am departure.

The destination for this month will be, (for those of you who didn’t do it last time…..and are ‘Little Britain’ fans), Llandewi Brefi.

So come along and join us. See if you can spot who is ‘the only gay in the village’…….

Also for all of you who kindly and generously donate each time, for the NSPCC, I have been contacted by the NSPCC as they are running a fund raising event, ‘The Big Bike Ride’, throughout June and July.

They have asked if they can do a Press Release featuring our Ride Outs, particularly for our July Ride Out.

For July I thought it might be a good idea to try and ride the English Welsh Border, (as close as we can) from the banks of the Severn in the South to Chester in the North.

We will have to come back on the same day as there is still a law in force, (from the days of English oppression over the poor hard done by Welsh) that if a Welshman stays within the Chester City walls overnight…..he may be executed…without trial!

And you thought Speed Cameras were unfair!!

So watch out for a reminder closer to the date.

See you on the 22nd, and why not bring a ‘friend’. The more the merrier.

  1. Man from Bristol

Ah, that photo brings back the memory of when my BMW trousers first failed to do up at the front, after a particularly large lunch.

They fitted so well before i started going on food binges…. ah i mean RIDEOUTS 🙂

  2. It is a well known fact that all biker gear shrinks over the years. Somebody once asked me to do a track day, but I would need a set of one piece, or ‘zip together’ leathers.

I said I had a set of ‘zip together’ leathers. The only problem is they won’t zip together with me in them any more!

I don’t understand why they shrink so much. They were really expensive.

  3. Dammit I can’t make this, I was bound to win the “spot the” competition still have fun butties

  4. Nice one Chums. Yes, it’s a pity that Stuart Gay couldn’t come with us. He just might have been the only ‘Gay’ in the Village!

Anyway, there were faggots on the menu in the village pub once again.

A brilliant ride out, with once again a fruitless destination!

A big thank you once again. £50 was donated for the NSPCC which I will forward on to them. Don’t forget to wear your FULL STOP badges.

Thanks to you all for coming.

See you on the next one.
