No Bus, No kidding. Just a quick up date.

No Harley here just the San Francisco cable car but it seems you don’t want to ride the silver bullet or even the Big Yellow Bus.

Unfortunately there have not been sufficient numbers interested in taking the Coach Trip to the NEC bike show so the idea of booking a coach has been shelved.

I will be organising a ride out to the show at a date yet to be fixed. Watch out for the blog nearer the date. This will be in November and the December rideout will be to the Christmas Fayre at Bethlehem.

Yes, I did say Christmas. Who can believe it eh?

How did ‘Hoggin the Bridge’ go for you chums. Did anyone go. I couldn’t make it but if anyone has any photos then email them to me and I’ll post them on the blog.

I’m a bit upset that no one wants to ride the Big Yellow bus with me as it would have been me driving it. As you can from this photo I’ve been practising a bit just to keep the trip ‘biker’ orientated.

I was driving the coach the other day and a little old lady sat behind me tapped me on the shoulder and said “Driver”.. (I don’t know how she knew my name, but anyway) she said “Would you like some peanuts”? So I said, “Yes, thank you”, so she gave me a handful of peanuts. I ate them and carried on driving.

A few minutes later she tapped me on the shoulder again and said, “Driver, would you like some more peanuts”?

Again I said, “Yes, Thank you”. and carried on driving, and again she gave me a handful of peanuts and I ate them.

Several minutes later the same thing happened again, and again every few minutes until I said, “It’s very kind of you to share all your peanuts with me, but don’t give them all away” and she said, “It’s okay, With my false teeth I can’t eat them”.

So I said “Why did you buy them then” and she replied……..”I just love to suck the chocolate off them”……

I just carried on driving………….
